Git commit messages

• All commit messages MUST be in English. Do not use Chinese (or any other CJK language) in commit subjects or bodies.
• The standard Co-Authored-By trailer (per global rules) should still be appended.
• Subject line should be concise (under ~70 chars). Use the body for details if needed.
